Designed and built by Hamill Creek Timber Homes, the Kaslo Golf Clubhouse sits atop rolling hills overlooking the Village of Kaslo on beautiful Kootenay Lake. Nestled between both the Selkirk and Purcell Mountain Ranges, this clubhouse offers both locals and tourists with an inherently beautiful building which will stand as a landmark for generations.
This beautiful 3500 square foot timber frame clubhouse, built in 2007, has provided the village with not only a new golf clubhouse, but also a place to meet with friends, and a venue for large events such as weddings and local corporate events. Locally produced Douglas Fir timbers are joined together in Hammer Beam Trusses, providing guests with the awe inspiring beauty of a timber frame.
Sitting and enjoying drinks or a meal on the outdoor covered deck under the massive timbers, one feels connected to the craftsmen that created this modern clubhouse with the age old construction form of timber framing.
Distinguishing Features of Kaslo Golf Club include:
- Cathedral ceilings
